• Our team will arrange a design consultation with our creative director, Nicholas, either in-person or online, depending on your location.
• Prepare design concepts, inspiration images, and a rough budget for discussion during the consultation.
• Discuss your vision, preferences, and any special requirements for your custom sneakers.
• Specify details such as color scheme, materials, patterns, and any additional features you desire.
• Clients have the option to provide their own base shoes for customization; please inform us during the design consultation call if you prefer this option.

Step 3: Project Confirmation

• Once all details are finalized during the consultation, we will provide a comprehensive project proposal.
• The proposal will outline the design concept, timeline, and estimated costs.
• Review and approve the proposal to proceed with the project.

Step 4: Production and Timeline

• Customized projects typically take 4 to 8 weeks for production, depending on complexity and workload.
• You will receive regular updates on the progress of your custom sneakers throughout the production process.

Step 5: Payment and Deposit

• Full payment is required to initiate the project.

Step 6: Shipping and Delivery:

• Upon completion of your project, we will contact you to confirm your shipping details.
• Your custom sneakers will be carefully packaged and shipped to your specified address.
