Your Journey with KICKXOTIC
Your consultation begins by submitting a project request. This helps us understand your vision and expectations. Once approved, Nicholas will reach out directly to schedule your consultation.
Nicholas handles every bespoke project personally—from first conversation to final delivery. When you work with KICKXOTIC, you work with him.
Together, you'll define materials, colors, and every detail that makes the pair yours.
Mockup & Refinement
A deposit secures the design phase and is deducted from your final cost. We create an initial digital mockup, then refine it with you until it's right. Revisions are unlimited. Crafting begins only when the design reflects your vision completely.
Crafting & Completion
Once the design is finalized, crafting begins. The build takes 4 to 8 weeks, depending on materials and complexity. Every pair is handcrafted exclusively in our private studio.
Your pair can be returned to our studio for repair at any time (additional costs may apply) —our in-house team ensures every creation we make is built to last and maintained for as long as you wear it.
The Method
We begin with an authentic retail sneaker. The upper is fully deconstructed. Only the sole remains.
Everything above it is rebuilt by hand using Italian calfskin, exotic skins, or luxury fabrics—determined by your vision.

Material Selection
Quality is determined by two things: materials and craftsmanship. We control both.
At KICKXOTIC, we maintain relationships with suppliers worldwide, ensuring access to the finest leathers, fabrics, and exotic skins available. Our team sources Italian calfskin, Tuscan vegetable-tanned leather, exotic skins, luxury fabrics, and specialty materials based on your vision.
We believe the cost of materials should be the greatest indicator of value in bespoke work. Premium materials justify premium pricing—not branding, not markup. What you pay reflects what goes into the build.
Nicholas works directly with tanneries and suppliers to secure materials that meet our standards. If a specific leather, fabric, or finish is required for your project, we source it.
Exotic Leathers
For clients seeking materials beyond calfskin, we offer farm-raised crocodile, python and other exotic skins—both hand-selected by Nicholas for every project.
Crocodile
Sourced from certified farms in Thailand. Crocodile leather is one of the most expensive leathers in the world, prized for its scale pattern, durability, and natural luster. Each skin is inspected for scale symmetry and clarity before selection.
Python
Reticulated python from Indonesia and Thailand. Farm-raised and sustainably sourced. Python offers distinctive scale texture and natural depth, with each skin expressing its own unique pattern.
Nicholas works directly with farms and tanneries, ensuring traceability and quality at every stage. Exotic leathers require longer sourcing times and are priced accordingly.
For other exotic skins, we work with specialty suppliers.
