Lead time is typically 2–8 weeks depending on complexity.

Step 1: Secure Your Spot
Begin by submitting your inquiry through our form to secure a place in our atelier’s schedule. We accept only 10–15 projects each month, allowing us to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and dedicate the right level of focus to each client’s story.

When completing the form, please be as detailed as possible about your vision, materials, and preferences. The more insight you provide, the easier it will be for us to understand your project — and we’ll prioritize responding to these submissions first.

Step 2: Design Consultation
Once your inquiry is received, our team will follow up by email with additional questions to deepen our understanding. We’ll then arrange a consultation with our founder and creative director, Nicholas.
During this session, we’ll review your vision in detail — including inspirations, colors, logos, themes, and material preferences — clarify your expectations, and provide our professional recommendations. Please note: if you request changes after production has begun, additional costs may apply.

Step 3: Project Proposal
Following the consultation, we’ll prepare a comprehensive proposal outlining the design direction, materials, timeline, and cost. This ensures you have full clarity before moving forward.

Step 4: Deposit & Confirmation
A 50% deposit is required to begin the design stage. This deposit covers the creation of your digital mockups — detailed visuals of your sneakers that allow you to review and refine every element before production begins. The remaining 50% balance is due once your pair moves into the production phase. The price quoted at this stage is final — there are no hidden fees or extra charges.

Step 5: Production and Timeline
We will begin sourcing the base shoe and any additional materials determined in your design. Photos of newly sourced materials will be shared for your confirmation before production begins. Every pair is fully handcrafted in-house by our team, with the build timeline outlined in your proposal.

Step 6: Shipping and Delivery:
Upon completion, we’ll confirm your shipping details and carefully package your sneakers for delivery to your specified address. You’ll also receive updates along the way so you can follow the progress of your project.
