- Clients have the option to provide their own base shoes for customization; please inform us during the design consultation call if you prefer this option.
Step 3: Project Confirmation
- Once all details are finalized during the consultation, we will provide a comprehensive project proposal.
- The proposal will outline the design concept, timeline, and estimated costs.
- Review and approve the proposal to proceed with the project.
Step 4: Production and Timeline
- Customized projects typically take 4 to 8 weeks for production, depending on complexity and workload.
- You will receive regular updates on the progress of your custom sneakers throughout the production process.
Step 5: Payment and Deposit
- Full payment is required to initiate the project.
Step 6: Shipping and Delivery:
- Upon completion of your project, we will contact you to confirm your shipping details.
- Your custom sneakers will be carefully packaged and shipped to your specified address.
